Are You Ready to Rekindle your Creative Spark?

Did you put your artistic passions on hold in favor of a more “stable” life? Did you lose touch with your creative self on the path to financial freedom or climbing the corporate ladder? Did the creative outlet door close and the only window that opened was resentment, FoMo, or the comparison trap?

Let’s change that, right now. If you're done with self-deprecation, resentment and keeping your artistry under a rock. You're ready to stop the shame/blame game and embrace creative experiments. You're done with trying to fill the creative void with scrolling, shopping, or snacks, and excited to embrace the artist within. You’re in the right place, because:

I help people get out of the coulda-shoulda space and back into trusting their own magic. I help people rediscover their natural gifts and talents. I help them take meaningful action to incorporate their gifts and skills into their daily lives. I help people redefine what being creative means, and find joy and fulfilment with creative expression. I help people like you get back into making, creating, expressing themselves and living to their greatest potential.

Working 1 on 1 is the most supportive way to cultivate this creative energy. By making a commitment to yourself, you will hold yourself accountable by showing up to our coaching calls, being present and patient with your whole self, and experimenting with practices and exercises.

Book a Catalyst session to learn more about how we can work together and how I use my custom process to facilitate creative sparks and get you back to making and expressing yourself.

I’ve built a custom process to get you there - back into the zone of your creative flow. Here’s how we do it:

Go Inward - Ask deep questions to get to know yourself better. Reveal the old stories playing on loop and shine a light on the blocks and the parts that need attention.

Release - Get clear on what’s holding you back from your creative potential. Deep dive into those stories, shoulda’s & coulda’s and release them to make room for what’s next.

Explore - Let’s get curious. No idea is too small or too big. No attachments to the outcome. Daydreaming, play, and embodying your creative energy are what’s on tap.

Integrate - Harmonize with your current self. Re-introduce this creative you with current you. How will you create boundaries so you can fuel your creative fire? What needs to shift so that this version of you can co-exist with the now?

Practice, Practice, Practice - Creative muscles need attention and nurturing. How do you make this a habit so you can continue to be lit up and excited?

The short version of what it’s like to work with me

Deep listening.

As coach, my job is to listen and never to lead. To let you know what I hear you say, and ask the questions to get us on a deeper level. These questions will help shine a light on where the blocks might be and what needs attention.

Get grounded.

Each session will have space for grounding, so you can fully immerse yourself in the present moment and leave the day and to-do’s behind. Movement, breathing or pulling a card for insight are all great places to start.

As a multipotentialite,

I fully understand the pull to explore many passions and the external societal pressures to find 1 path to "success." Together we'll create a container to explore all your dreams and desires and enjoy where the ride takes us.

What my clients say:

"I’m so grateful for Kindel, her compassion and wisdom. She created a safe container for me to share a troubling situation – one which, I admit, others might think of as a positive experience – and she helped me see my “Stories” for what they are, to find my inner Truth. I felt heard – really heard – and understood by Kindel. And I left our session with a fresh perspective and new skills to carry forward."

- Heather H.

“Kindel is an empathic collaborator who helped me put my fears, thoughts, and dreams into words - then worked with me to figure out what to do with them.”

- Nick A.

“Coaching with Kindel is both productive and fun. She meets me where I'm at and brings her own insights and creativity to our sessions, so that I feel myself moving in directions that serve me best. Her questions feel deeply intuitive and she always brings a fresh perspective. Kindel has a special gift for nurturing creativity, too. During our time together, I felt deeply understood as I unpacked some resistance around my creative endeavors. Kindel combines the practical with the joyful.”

- Susan B.

“I worked with Kindel on a number of areas in my life I needed a wise, trustworthy, supportive, intuitive coach particularly when I was exploring my true no and my true yes. By working with Kindel, I got a clear understanding of what my true no and true yes felt like in my body, what was stopping me from saying yes when I meant no, how the fear of missing out (fomo) played into my inability to say no and I was able to to gain a true appreciation for the what brings me joy in how I spend my time. “
